Return and Warranty Information

RETURN POLICY

Equipment purchased from Spectrum Medical can be returned to Spectrum Medical within 7 days for a full refund. To qualify, an item must be in the original packaging, be able to be resold as new, and have the sales receipt with it. Personal care items including but not limited to bath seats and commodes that have been used are not eligible to be returned. Supplies that have been opened may not be returned. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Freight, in and out, and other delivery charges are not refundable.


WARRANTY POLICY

Spectrum Medical will honor the obligation to provide warranty support for equipment purchased through their office. Spectrum Medical’s obligation will be limited to the warranty offered by the particular manufacturer for whom they are a local dealer. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship for one year and are limited to the cost of a replacement part. Normal wear and damage from misuse are not covered by warranty. Labor, travel time, and loaner equipment in most cases are also not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and would be the customer’s obligation. Spectrum Medical will review warranty claims on a case by case basis to insure an equitable resolution for any issue arising from a warranty claim.
