Please note due to hygienic regulations, the following items are non returnable.
- Shower benches
- Any other items that have been used
- Items must be brand new and never used.
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Return requests initiated within the first 7 days of receipt are eligible for free return shipping.
- Returns between days 8 and 30 must be returned at the customer's expense.
- We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the return arriving back to us and being inspected by our team.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
